Science Story Time: Busy Little Squirrel
Join a museum educator for this program sponsored by Target. Each week, participants will read a different science story, enjoy an activity and more! No pre-registration required, activity included with museum admission.

10:00 - 11:30 AM
Sensory Play: Dirt
Help your child improve motor skills and raise awareness of how the world works. Join CNSE CMOST in the GE Junior Discovery room for a hands-on sensory science activity. No pre-registration required, activity included with museum admission. Ages 2 - 6.

Friday, October 3
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Engineer It: Balloon Cars
Join us on the 26th to discover how a boat stays afloat in water. Visit CNSE CMOST to learn about the engineering concepts behind everyday objects. No pre-registration required, activity included with museum admission. Ages 4+.

School Vacation Camps

Thursday, September 25 - What is a Scientist?
What does a scientist do? Join CNSE CMOST as we explore a scientist's world. Participants will be immersed in the scientific process as they engage in different experiments, learn about career paths and more! For kids age 5 - 7.

Thursday, September 25 - Stop Motion Movie Making Lab
Join us in this fast moving camp where kids can work together to create videos using stop motion movie making. We will explore the science and the process of movie making in this hands-on lights, camera, action camp! For kids age 8 - 11.

October Educator Open House

Join CNSE CMOST and the Traveling Museum on October 16
Come to CNSE CMOST on October 16 from 4 - 7 pm for a fun and educational night filled with engaging, hands-on STEAM activities, exhibits and displays. We invite members of the education community to attend and explore how both museums can help support your work as an educator.
