Investigating the Wonders of Science

Explore the world of science through a variety of hands-on experiments in this hands-on science adventure. Girls will do cool things like create crystals, experiment with sticky water and build simple machines out of Legos! This program meets some of the requirements for the following badges: Girl Scouts - Home Scientist, Entertainment Technology.

Nano in Nature! - A Nano In Action Exploration

What's nano about nature? Join CNSE CMOST staff as we delve into the world of nanotechnology and see where we can already find it working in nature. Scouts will be introduced to nanotechnology and they will have the opportunity to participatin in various science experiments. We will explore gecko feet, butterfly wings and much more in this hands-on exploration!

Discovering Water Wonders

Join CNSE CMOST for this wild and wacky water exploration! During this fun water adventure scouts will do an experiment to explore how much water is available on earth for the use of drinking. We will also explore the science of water phases and journey through the water cycle. We will wrap up with some rainbow connections and conservation activities. Come and explore water with us! This program meets the science requirements for It's Your Planet- Love it! Wonders of Water.

CNSE CMOST Scout Workshop Information
Program cost is $15 per scout. This includes admission to CNSE CMOST for the day.
Pre-registration is required.
Minimum of 10 Scouts. Maximum of 50 scouts.
